Hi all! Just some quick photos of my card club projects for this month.

Super easy cards with a little teeny tiny bag thrown in.

I got the bag idea from Annie, who is an avid Martha Stewart fan and pointed me in the direction of the the template over at marthastewart.com. I adapted the template to be used with patterned paper. Just transfered the measurements and there we go!

Anyhow, enjoy!

Bag - All supplies from Stampin' Up! Cerise Designer Series Paper; Very Vanilla taffeta ribbon. Pattern for bag from marthastewart.com

Thank You - Perfect Timing stamp set, Soft Sky ink, Soft Sky, Old Olive, and So Saffron card stock, Scallop Circle punch: Stampin' Up!; patterned paper: Scenic Route; ribbon: American Crafts.

Friend - Chocolate Chip and Pretty in Pink card stock, Regal Rose wide grosgrain ribbon, Carte Postale and Fundamental Phrases stamp sets, Close to Cocoa and Regal Rose inks, metal edged tag, corner rounder punch: Stampin' Up!; patterned paper: Basic Grey.

Cute stuff! (as usual) Love the little bag but martha's website doesn't have measurements. Happen to have them handy for us? Thanks!

Kristina says: I printed out the PDF from her site, and then used that to create the measurements to cut out my patterned paper. Depending on what size you want your bag to be, the measurements will be different. You'll just use her pattern as just a jumping off point to create your own. Have fun! It's a cute little bag. :)

That little bag is just TOO cute...definitely gonna have to make one of those! And the cards, as always, are delish (which is, of course, why I come here every day!). And I have those Scenic Route DP selections!! ...gotta love it! Thanks for the inspiration!

Sharon:

Love your cards as usual.

One Question - on the Thank You card it looks like the frame is raised or perhaps cut from chipboard (I almost thought it was a shaker). Can you explain if it was cut with chipboard or why it looks the way it does?

Thanks much.

Sharon

Kristina says: Both the blue and green pieces are punch out with the Scallop Circle Punch. They're adhered together with cut up Dimensionals (so that they'd be small enough not to show over the edges). Hope that helps!

mary doak from maine:

Kristina thanks for sharing your sweet ideas on my Birthday! I would love to recieve a handmade card like yours. I think I am the only one in my family that would take the time to make a card. I guess I am just going to have to have a Stampin'Up demo to awaken their senses. I just got some pretty Valentine Luv ribbon at half off from Jo-ann Fabrics last night. So I've got to get busy makin Valentine Cards for all 5 of my sweet daughters and of course my hubba hubby.

I stumbled upon your site last weekend. You are absolutely adorable and I'm addicted. My upline is my aunt who lives 1000 miles away. You are a huge help. I've had my stamp-a-ma-jig for a year and had never used it until I watched your clip. I watched all of your MACMs and rushed home from work Monday to catch the new one. I wish you made a card everyday. Anyway, Mondays will never be the same!

Thank you!

Love your blog and your designs are awesome! Can you tell me how you cut your scallop edge in the "thank you" card? I need to choose a tool to buy that will cut scallops. Thank you!

I've thought about this ever since I saw your wonderful "friend" card here. Actually, I've been thinking about it longer because I've seen it before, but I'm ready to cry "uncle."

How in the world do you do that scalloped edge? With the corner rounder? I'm clueless. :-P Please help before my head explodes.
