Holiday Music Recommendations :)
Hi, all! I really miss being able to pick out some holiday songs for videos this year. :( So, I thought I'd write up a quick little post with some holiday music recommendations...
The Hotel Café presents... Winter Songs
- This is a new favorite holiday album for me. It's awesome! Some of my favorite artists collaborated on this album that my roommate Jen first introduced me to a few weeks ago.

I'm particularly in love with the title track Winter Song by Sara Bareilles and Ingrid Michaelson. Here's a little YouTube video about the song and album...
And I'm also obsessed with Faith Hill's A Baby Changes Everything
... Oh. My. Word. I cry every time I listen to this song. It just gets me... right... there.

Love your site...!!! Just downloaded the Hotel Cafe' Winter Songs. Love them all...!!! Downloaded a lot of the Mixes last year after listening to some of the songs on your site last year. Do miss all your songs..!!

Oh yeah. I also love that you really do cry because of things like the Faith video. What was that commercial we watched that one day at work that made you tear up? That was hilarious...but tender ;)
I could not agree with you more... bought this album at borders about a month ago, and tried to wait to listen to it for Dec. 1st, but just couldn't... it pulled me in... love, love, love it!!! :)

I absolutely LOVE Winter Song. I've been listening to it daily for the past 3 weeks. Sara and Ingrid's voices together are absolutely magic. Thanks for sharing the video...I hadn't seen it yet.
Ok, I wished I hadn't seen the video for Faith Hill's A Baby Changes Everything...Now I'll have to get the album or at least purchase the song. It's beautiful. She has a fabulous voice...Great...now I can't get the song out of my head!!! Thanks!!
I am not sure if you had pictures posted in the blank areas, but wanted you to know as a side note that there were some gaps. Maybe my computer blocked them but I thought that you might have had the album covers pictured.

I just bought the Hotel Cafe CD last night, it is fabulous! I had never heard of it and saw it listed on ITunes and sampled a few tracks and then immediately got the whole thing. Funny to see you talk about it here when I checked this mornign :)

You are amazing! Talented and very musically inclined. Love your taste in music. I love to hear Faith Hill with her hubby but this song is fantastic and nowadays with sooooooo many girls having babies out of wedlock, it is the perfect song! TFS
