Just to say well done to you all. You've been great. If you're good 90% of the time it will still work. Keep up the good work. Looking forward to the next episode!
Great job, ladies! I have to tell you that watching your update is very motivating for me and my goals! Thank you all so much and thanks for doing this, Kristina!
Great jobs ladies....all of you. The whole idea is to be healthier and it sounds like you are on track. I started this the same time as all of you and things are going great, so this is nice motivation for me.
Also, take the chicken soup to work with you and share with friends! That's how we get rid of extras!
Great job with sticking to your goals this first week, girls! Congrats on the weight loss! Keep up the great work!

I love your new site! And your Phat Friends is hilarious. Thanks for sharing. I can't imagine the stuggle. I don't loose weight because I retain fluid and can't exercise but I even like the chicken soup as it is low sodium. I will give it a try. You are very brave to do this an apparently so many people are enjoying your series. I am passing it on to several I know.

Congrats to all you ladies for a great first week! Keep it up!
Kristina - having done weight watchers, I found a few ways to get those oils in...the easiest is to cook with it. If you are going to brown some chicken, our stir fry some veggies...use olive oil. Or...one thing that I did and I LOVED was to make a little salad to go along with my lunch every day. I would dress the salad with olive oil and my favorite vinegar (I like Heinz gourmet salad vinegar, or a simple red wine vinegar.) top it off with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese. Yum!
Good job! That's great. Oh and your hair is just gorgeous. :)

Glad you all had a good week. This will be my third week doing weight watchers with 4 other ladies at work. I've lost 5 pounds but I am still behind because I put so much weight on for the holidays. Keep up the good work. And remember that WW has the fex points so if you must give in the temptation just count it in and walk a little bit further.
To add fats: use extra virgin coconut oil for cooking, olive oil if you don't heat it--like in dressings. The coconut oil actually helps you lose weight, and the it doesn't break down the nutrients when heated like olive oil does. We've been thinking for so long that low-fat is our friend, we have deprived our bodies of the good fats it needs. Add some butter on a whole grain muffin (NOT margarine!) or eat whole milk organic yogurt. All those are good sources for getting the fat in, and tasty, too!
Another tip: If you are avoiding sugar, but like sweet things, try sweetleaf stevia as an alternative sweetener. It doesn't have the nasty side-effects that other no-calorie sweeteners do.
