Hi all! Today I have a card that I made for my cat sitter. She watched Mannie over the weekend so I wanted to create a thank you card for her with Mannie on it. The new Pillow Talk stamp set was perfect! I don’t show the stamping part in the video, but you’ll want to stamp the cat first and then stamp it again on masking paper. Cut the masking paper cat out and place the mask over the stamped cat. Then stamp the pillow over the top. Peel off the mask, and the kitty is laying on the pillow. :)
He looks more gray and white than black and white on the card, but like I say in the video, if I made him actually black, you wouldn’t be able to see the outline detail of the image.
BTW, I ended up giving the card away before I got a picture of it. Oops! The image above is totally Photoshopped. LOL! That’s why it’s so small. ;)
No, your eyes are not deceiving you. You’ve seen this card before. :) I shared this card a couple month ago for a Simon Says Stamp Blog Hop. When I made the card, I had the camcorder recording, but I never edited the video footage. The file has been sitting on my computer ever since! I received a couple emails asking about that card, so I thought I would edit the video and share it with you guys today.
