Finally Friday - {Heart U}Good morning!

Wow, is this a flashback to Valentines Day, or what? Actually, I just was really feelin’ the pink and red this week. :) And of course being pink and red, it sort of ended up looking Valentines-ish.

Oh, well! Super fun to make, especially since I got to break out some of my new embossing powders from American Crafts. The Metallic Red color is actually a bit more on the dark rose side and it’s gorgeous!

Anyhow, enjoy this week’s video! You can watch it over at YouTube if you’d like, and be sure to catch the full desciption and related product on the page in the Designer Garden.

This card is so pretty and elegant. I love the Maya Mist, thanks for the introduction!

Quick question, does the Maya Mist cover the edges when sprayed as you’ve shown? I’ve been looking for a way to ink inside edges forever. Thanks for the great card idea.

Evonne, I’m sure it would if you angled the bottle to get the edges. I just didn’t bother to do so. :)

I always look forward to your videos! Another super cute card! Hero Arts is making some awesome stamps! I ordered the maya mist since your last video and cannot wait to get it when my sister comes next week! I have spent SO many hours filing down chipboard! LOL! Have a great weekend!

I love the format of this particular video, with the voice over and the editing to show all steps but cut out the unnecessary parts to make it quicker. It makes it look REALLY professional! Awesome job on everything.

Love your videos – all of them. You are such an inspiration. Love following you on Twitter too!! Can I ask what kind of printer you recommend as I think I need to buy a new one and I trust your judgement!

I agree that the format of the video is wonderful… I enjoyed the “old” way, but the new way rocks! As I’ve said before, I thought I knew a lot but always learn something valuable from you. {v}

I love your videos! Your card is beautiful. I’m glad you showed how to use the chipboard shapes and the different ways to change them up. Thanks for sharing this technique!
