MACM - Father's Day Photo Card

Good morning, everyone!

Father’s Day in the United States is in a few weeks (the 21st), so I thought I’d make a Father’s Day card for my dad. This photo card is super simple and can be made in under 10 minutes. It’s the perfect idea for quick cards for grandparents and other relatives, too. :)

The paper I used can be found here. (I also used some of it in last week’s Finally Friday video). And the fabulous I Heart My Dad stamp is here. They have a I Heart My Mom stamp, too! I have that one, but I didn’t have a chance to use it before Mother’s Day. Doesn’t mean I can’t use it all year round, though. :)

Anyhow, enjoy the video and I’ll catch you guys a bit later for the Color Inspiration #53 Round-up!

Love that card. I just cannot ‘quilt’ with paper, it seems to go crooked and the squares do not line up so that by the time I have placed a second row, they are all askew. Is there a trick to placing them so perfectly. You make it look so easy.

Absolutely love this photo card and will scraplift for my hubby’s card this year for sure. One thing I think is an advantage about photo cards is that men tend to keep them since they do contain a special photo.

Perfect card for father’s day. My husband (who is also a father) was walking by the computer as I was watching your video and immediately said “nice card” – he never says that! LOL

This is a fun card. I am bummed that you have stopped using mainly SU! stuff since that’s why I first followed you. Although I understand why.

Wow, so easy and so perfect! Gotta make a card, too.

Greetings from Germany,

Hi! I “accidentally” came over your videos on YouTube today and I am so inspired. I really like the way you’re filming – it really shows how you do things and your comments are nice too. Thank you for filling my Sunday afternoon with a lot of tips, beautiful cards and teaching me new techniques.

I’ll have to get my stash out now, just can’t resist!!
