Good morning, all!
For this week’s card, I wanted to try out the Invisables line from Heidi Swapp. This is a pretty cool concept that I saw demonstrated at CHA last January. It reminded me a lot of the emboss resist technique that I’ve seen done with stamping. Anyway, take a look (I demonstrate it at the beginning of the video) and see how I created a multicolor element for my card. :)
The paper from the line that I used is the 12×12 Border piece–lots of strips of borders. Great for cardmakers! I ordered some of the chipboard that I can’t wait to try out, too. The stamped butterfly is from Amy Butler’s Lotus Floral stamp set. I think this might be my all time favorite butterfly stamp. I loved it a bit too much! :)
Anyhow, enjoy the video below or over at YouTube. And thank for watching!
BTW, the paper behind the card in the photos is this paper from Hambly. :)
