Day 3 – Holiday Card Series – Gift Tags

Good morning, all!
Today’s “card” is actually three gift tags. In a sense, I suppose they are cards that you just put on a gift, right? :) Anyhow, I used mostly Stampin’ Up! product for the tags today.
Enjoy! And I’ll see ya’ll tomorrow. :)
NOTE: I’ve received a LOT of questions about the music included in the videos. It is a 10-second clip of royalty-free music I purchased online. It’s not a real song from an album. :)
Watch video below | Watch at YouTube
Gift Tags – Stampin’ Up! cardstock in Kraft and Naturals Ivory; Stampin’ Up! Two Tags Sizzix die; Stampn’ Up! Sweet Season stamp set; Stampin’ Up! Scallop Circle punch; Papertrey Ink ink in Vintage Cream; Stampin’ Up! ink in Riding Hood Red; Stampin’ Up! markers in Real Red and Chocolate Chip; Stampin’ Up! Real Red gingham ribbon; Papertrey Ink red stitched ribbon.

You have done it again!
November 4th, 2009 at 6:42 amLove this video. I have a question, do you know if Two Peas have any digital tag cuts?
Thank you again for another great video and I’m looking forward to tomorrow’s card.
Theresa
They don’t have a specific tag set, but you could take the shapes in this kit and punch a hole in them to make them tags: Journaling Shapes 1.
Great. We needed something like this for christmas. Thanks K.!
November 4th, 2009 at 7:01 amLike what you did…….thanks!

November 4th, 2009 at 7:31 amLove your tags today. Is that a current set for Stampin Up!?
I think so. :)
Very attractive and something unusual to dress up any gift. Love the videos and I appreciate your hard work at getting your ideas out to all of us.
November 4th, 2009 at 7:49 amtags are great and yet simple…
kristina do something and make all those products come alive in europe or eastern europe cause i`m going crazy over here not being able to buy all those stuff and enjoy making cards..or whatever…
take care ;)
Anita,

I don’t work at Stampin’ Up anymore so I have no control over what products they offer (not that I ever had that much power, but hey!). Sorry I can’t help more. :)
Lovely little tags!
I sooo wish I could get SU in Sweden. I really liked that those tags folded. Hmmm, have to try to make my own.
Elin in Sweden
If you knew someone that you trusted who lives here in the US, place the order and send it to them and have them send it to you. Just a suggestion.
Love these tags. They would be super great on gifts to add that extra “love” =) Can’t wait for tomorrow.
November 4th, 2009 at 8:24 amThis is such a treat. I’m enjoying these daily videos. You’re spoiling us.
November 4th, 2009 at 8:30 amThe stamp with the cursive words – is that one you designed? Because it looks like your handwriting…
Love the tags and I have the same question as the Liz above (great name).
That one stamp so looks like your handwriting!
Also can you share with us what stamps you did design for Stampin’ Up?
No, I generally don’t say what products I designed. However, some are a bit obvious. ;)
;)
These are sweet tags Kristina!! I was wondering also, did you design that stamp because it definitely looks like your beautiful writing!!

Thanks so much. I’m loving the card series! I’ve got the Cricut Expression…but I’ve never used it…so now maybe I will. I even purchased the Sure Cuts A Lot. Now if I could just learn how to use it!

November 4th, 2009 at 9:19 amThanks for making these. I haven’t really played with gift tags yet.
I loved how you inked the stamps with the markers. I’ve been debating on buying the whole set since I mainly watercolor on my cards with my own drawings.
And on another note, I am totally in the mood to put my Christmas tree up now!! :)
November 4th, 2009 at 9:22 amReally cute! I need to make some tags to have on hand this Christmas season. Thanks for the inspiration.
November 4th, 2009 at 9:23 amWhat cute tags! They add such a personal touch, rather than store bought tags. Can’t help but wonder if you had a “hand” in creating this set for Stampin! Up! Sure looks like your writing; hhmmm… :)

November 4th, 2009 at 1:03 pmanother wonderful video. I love these tags, I don’t have that die, but I’m guessing I might be able to figure something out on the Cricut. My only thing is the little silt that holds it closed. I guess I need to find one of those punches.
November 4th, 2009 at 1:48 pmThanks!
1st, LOVE THE JINGLE xD
Great tags.. so simple but then so unique.!
November 4th, 2009 at 2:04 pmLove these tags Kristina–I used my Cricut to make the tags–so darn easy to embellish with scraps too. Feel free to check my blog to see what you inspired!! Thanks. I’ll be making these with my niece and nephew–such an easy project for them to make as teacher gifts.
As everyone else has said, thanks ever so much for taking the time to make all these videos–definitely a fantastic Christmas gift for all of your fans!
