Holiday Card Series - Day 4

Morning, all!

We’re at day 4 already, can you believe it? Craziness! Anyhow, for today’s card I used a bunch of Inkadinkado stamps and stamp sets. The snowman comes from this awesome set, and then the large snowflake and smaller snowflake are individual stamps.

Oh! And the Tombow Mono Multi Glue that I love and mention in the video… great news! It’s not discontinued! In fact, TwoPeas now carries it along with a boatload of other adhesives. You’ll find the Mono Multi Glue as well as a vellum mono tape runner and my usual mono tape runner (plus refills). :)

Enjoy!

NOTE: I’ve received a LOT of questions about the music included in the videos. It is a 10-second clip of royalty-free music I purchased online. It’s not a real song from an album. :)

Thanks so much for doing these videos, I’m enjoying them and looking forward to them everyday, I’m only afraid that you’re spoiling us!!!! What am I gonna do when 25 days is over????

Diana November 5, 2009 at 9:21 pm

Once again, I know I say it every day, thank you!
You keep me so inspired, did a couple of cards tonight after watching this video. Pulled out my coluzzle, had to dust it off. I had forgot how easy it is to use and what an impact it can make on a card.
Keep them coming!

Great card I like the coluzzle cut, I do not use mine enough and now I will have to break it out and use it. Wonderful card you do an awesome job.

This is super cute!!!! Thank you so much for all the work you put into these wonderful videos. They are awesome and I really appreciate them. I just love your style, you make it look effortless!

Hi, I had to try making my own card, but the first one didn’t fold right. Is it really 11 inches and scored at 3 1/2 from both sides? Loooove your cards, you always make everything look so effortless and you never seem to run out of inspiration.

Kristina Werner November 6, 2009 at 2:04 pm

Yep, those are the dimensions. :) Not sure why yours didn’t turn out.

Jan B. November 6, 2009 at 7:39 pm

As Elin mentioned in the above comment, the 11 inch measure doesn’t make a fold that reaches the edges. I used a 10 1/2 inch measure and that seems to work better.
I am having difficulties centering the coluzzle. Any tips. I have made 3 attempts! I am challenged obviously!!!!
I am enjoying your card videos Kristina.
Thanks.

Hi Kristina!

I was thinking about making these into my Christmas cards this year. Instead of the Stampin’ Up! patterned paper, is there another one similar that you would recommend? Secondly, if I’m going to be making alot of these would you recommend getting more than one ink pad?

Thanks!

Kristina Werner November 9, 2009 at 2:17 pm

Many companies have striped paper right now. I can’t think of one specifically off the top of my head, but you can use whatever paper you like. And one ink pad would be fine for hundreds of cards. :)

This card is my absolute favourite. Love the colours, the stamps…everything!!
Thanks for doing this Kristina – you are really appreciated!

I Just love this card. It is simple and so very sweet. Thank you so much for doing this for us. You ROCK Kristina.

I had trouble getting the folds just right. I tried the 10 1/2 too and still one side was too short. So I made a single fold card doing the window. It still turned out okay-but just not the same
