How-to: Multi-Photo Prints / Smaller Photos

This is a video response to a question I receive a couple days ago.

I don’t do digital scrapbooking, so I have a question about how to print pictures for ‘real’ scrapbooking. I see so many pictures with the perfect size images. How can I set up my images so that I can send to Walgreens, or whatever, multiple images in one, say, 4×6 print?

Here’s my response! :)

  2. Awesome Kristina! I’ve been learning so much from your tutorials!! Been doing lots of digital scrapbooking lately! You taught me more than the book my hubby bought me for digital scrapbooking. Love love the BG digi tutorials!!! Anymore come up soon?

  3. Thank you so much for doing this video! I’ve always wondered if there was a way to do that. Such a big help.

  4. Love your videos – this is really useful! I’m just trying to figure out Photoshop Elements to do more scrapbooking this year, so your tutorial is great. THANKS!

  5. You are such a nice person to take a question like this and create such a detailed response! I use Picasa to do my “multi photo on one print” editing. It’s free and fairly easy to work with for both PCs and Macs. I have put up to 4 previously 4×6 photos on one 4×6 print!

  6. Excellent tutorial! I use GIMP but the two editors are so very similar that I was able to pick right up the shortcuts you use. I’ve been wanted to learning about digital masking FOREVER! Thanks so much for making this vid.
Have a great weekend! I’m off to do the BasicGrey countdown to valentines day.

  7. You are AWESOME! I just got PSE 9 because I’m doing Project Life this year and you just answered about a gazillion questions in that 5 minute video! Sooooo helpful! Thanks for taking the time and making this tutorial!!!! YOU ROCK!

  12. HI,

I love that you post videos of everything you do. Thanks a ton! I just got Photoshop and one goal this year is to do more with photoshop and editing photos for scrapbooking.

In the video you mentioned to use “comand-G”, where is the comand key on a regular PC keyboard?

    Thanks!

  14. Kristina, your PSE tutorials are FABULOUS! I would pay good money for a series dedicated to tips and tricks of editing photos, and helpful things to know. You make it extremely easy to follow.

Thanks for all of your hard work.

  15. thanks for this!

  16. Thank you, Kristina, for doing this video. I know I have wondered how to do this, but didn’t want to take the time figuring it out. :) Why read when you explain it so well!?

  17. I’ve really been trying to use this program and I just can’t get the hang of it. Maybe some uninterrupted time would help. THANKS SO MUCH for doing this video. Do you think you could do more for PHOTOSHOP DUMMIES like me? :) :) :)

  18. Wow! You are just so multi talented. I have Elements for a year or so now and I just can’t figure stuff out on it, you’re too darn smart. Thanks so much for sharing this.

  19. Kristina! I am so happy you took my question and answered it in a VIDEO! And in such short order! I’m so glad to read all the comments on how others wanted to know this too! Thanks so much for what you do.

  20. Very cool, thank you.

  21. Purrfect! You covered a very useful topic and did not bombard me with so many details. Some tutorials on Photoshop etc pack so much into the tutorial that I get lost and honestly I give up on doing digital. Once again…you rock Kristina.

  22. Thank you for doing this video. I always wondered and never knew how to do this. I can’t wait to try it on my own.
