Love x 8

Hi all!

Just popping in to share my latest page that I made for BasicGrey. This page is extremely personal for me because this is the first time I’ve used pictures of Ashlynn. Just couldn’t do it before, ya know? It was nice to look through pictures again, though. To remember her. :)

Anyhow, I used patterned papers from BasicGrey’s Black Tie collection pack (a reprinting of a SUPER popular collection from yesteryear). For a limited time, you can get the collection pack for $7. Sweet!

NOTE: At the time of this posting, YouTube has some sort of glitch causing the videos to squish to one side and put a white box on the right side. It’s super weird. I only noticed it in Safari. So, if you’re using Safari, you might switch over to Firefox to see the video. :)

Question. When you click on the 2010 Christmas card badge it brings up 2009, not sure if you are aware of it. Or am I doing some thing wrong?

  18. This page is precious. I cannot wait to recreate it for my wall of family photographs!

  19. What a beautiful page! You sure have some cutie pie nieces and nephews!

  20. What a terrific page to showcase your nieces and nephews! When they see this they will think they are so special to you! Love watching you put this together with the T- square. Love that tool! Thanks once again for sharing your creativity with us!

  21. Will be scraplifting this one, for sure. Love it! And DUH!!!! never thought of using my T-square to line up photos! Great idea.

  22. I love your scrapbook layouts! How do you figure out how large to print your pictures out so that they are the right size you want them to be on your page? So many times the subjects in the pictures I want to use are too big or too small for what I want to do.

    • I resize them in Photoshop and then print them on my printer. Because I can print them at home, I can just resize them and print again if they’re not quite the right size.

  23. This is a fabulous layout, Kristina. I hope it’s going all your wall!!

  24. oh, they are incredibly cute! lovely! :)

  25. Hi Kristina, love love love the layout !! give me great idea !
May I know, what font did you use to cut the words out ?
