Hi all!
For today’s Make a Card Monday, I wanted to use Hero Arts’ 4 Flowers Cling stamp set and stamp the flowers creating a pattern. In order to break up the pattern and create interest, I used bands of card stock in different colors (1-1/4″ x 3-3/4″). In this case I used 4 colors from Stampin’ Up!: Baja Breez, Kiwi Kiss, Sahara Sand, and Close to Cocoa. So that I wouldn’t have to break out four different ink colors, I create a subtle texture by only using VersaMark ink. I tend to only use VersaMark for embossing, but it’s such a versatile ink! :)
The sentiment on the card comes from another Hero Arts stamp set, Thank You For Being My Friend. Like I say in the video, I’ve been turning to this stamp set over and over again recently. It has awesome sentiments and it covers nearly every kind of card I make.
Anyhow, enjoy! :)

Hi Kristina,
I loved this card and needed some inspiration for a congratulations card so I had a go using the Bliss SAB stamp set and the new in colours – it turned out great. Thanks for sharing your ideas.
Have a good day :)
Because of the time difference here in Ireland MACM becomes our Tonic for Tuesday. Love all your cards, you’ve made me fall in love with cardmaking again. Go raibh math agat Kristina (thanks)
You make things look so easy, I love this simple card, will try one tonight. Thank you so much for all your videos!
Love this card. Its cool that the versamark on those colors (from the distance of a viewer) makes the paper look like suede. Nice idea!
Just love those panels, as always another great card!
WOW! I really love the punched out circle! What a fantastic idea! :)
