Finally Friday – Friend

Lots of stamping in this week’s video. :) I wanted to create a single layer card with just a few embellishments (the hearts and brad), and the best way to do this was to create depth with layers of stamping. I used Inkadinkado’s Stamping Mask Paper to mask the area for the label.

I used the Nightfall Petal Point chalk inks from Colorbox with a bunch of stamps. The colors of ink worked out so well, and by using colors from the same box, it was easy to make sure the colors coordinated with one another. On a side note, the Creamy Brown color I used for the damask stamp is the perfect Kraft color! Love it! :)

Anyhow, enjoy!

CHALLENGE: Create a single-layer card. Upload your card to the Two Peas gallery and select this week’s Finally Friday challenge.
