Delightful Card

Hi all! I have another Simon card for you today. :)

I created this card after I saw all the amazing cards in the blog hop last week.  For this card, I wanted to use a couple of the dies as well. I used the Fresh Daisies and Meadow Rue dies. I love how detailed and intricate the dies are. :)

To make the die cuts pop, I used some bright Distress Inks to create a watercolor look behind them. Super easy!

Anyhow, enjoy!

  8. what a beautiful card!!!! thanks for the inspiration ^_^

  9. I so love this card, I also love to emboss in white and use my distress inks with water and “paint” over the designs or just rub in some distress ink and spritz with water. Reading your post on inspiration..the question here is I love this technique I love the idea of framing it….if I do this different colours different frame different layout is that still copying…..I use my cards for personal use and sometimes persons buy them….”to put supplies on my table” I really don;t want to copy illegally.

  10. Stunning!!

  11. Your card is sooooo pretty! I love the inking technique and going to try it. I don’t have the die, but I’m sure I can find an SVG similar to the flowers. Thanks for the inspiration!
