MACM – Lace Congratulations

Happy Monday, everyone!

Today I made a card using the Chantilly Trims stamp set from WPlus9. Isn’t that lace so pretty?! I just love it! I thought it would make a gorgeous wedding or anniversary card, so I used gold embossing powder. And because I can’t get enough of white Enamel Accents, I had to coat the two little hearts with Enamel Accents. I love that it looks like it’s porcelain or something. :)

I used Bazzill Marshmallow for the main area of the card, and mounted that on Bazzill Butter Mints (a very soft cream). I love the tone one tone look of cream and white.

Anyhow, enjoy!

Friday Focus – Birthday Card #9

Happy Friday!

Today I have a card that started out as this week’s Color Wednesday, but I didn’t have time to complete the card and edit the video. So it became this today’s Friday Focus. But it all turned out okay in the end because I was planning to do a birthday card anyway. :)

I used the At Mimi’s Party stamp from Penny Black and color it in with Copic Markers. The banner was created by die cutting some masking paper and then using a Copic marker in in the Copic Air-brush system. I’d never really used it much before and it was super easy to do.

Are the owl’s eye’s cute?! I added white Enamel Accents to his eyes and colored in the pupils using a Sharpie after everything was dry. I also coated the balloon and heart with Glossy Accents.

Anyhow, enjoy!

MACM – You Are the Cat’s Meow

Happy Monday, all!

Today I have a super simple card. I needed to make a card to send in the mail and was having one of those moments when I just wanted something simple, easy, and quick to make. I love making cards like this!

I also got to try out a new ink: Tsukineko Delicata Golden Glitz ink. SO pretty! I love it! Be sure to watch the video so you can see how it shines. It really doesn’t photograph too well

As for the images sentiment. I used the Hero Arts and Studio Calico Cats and Dogs stamp set on Bazzill Jawbreaker cardstock, a gorgeous dark teal color. And the border stamp of dots is from Mama Elephant’s Basic Borders stamp set.

Enjoy! :)
