The Story So Far

First of all, that's a photo of me and my mom when we were visiting Colonial Williamsburg. It was a great trip!

Now to the actual bio...

I was born and raised in Utah and have lived there my entire life, except for the five years I was attending college in Southeastern Idaho.

Growing up I was always interested in art, but never thought to pursue it as “something I wanted to do when I grew up.” That is until I worked for the campus newspaper at BYU-Idaho and was encouraged by my wonderful boss and friend Karen to take a graphic design class. I was hooked!

After graduation in April 2005, I was hired as a graphic designer for a local company. It was during this time that I discovered scrapbooking and papercrafting. I had to eat my words when it comes to scrapbooking—for years I abhorred it! But once I saw how great it could be, I had to join in.

And I’ve never looked back. :)

Most recently, I am a new Stampin’ Up! demonstrator and a member of the American Crafts Design Team.
