Congrats Card

Hi all!

Last night I decided to make a card. And this time I didn’t film it. Wahoo! It’s been such a long time since I’ve had the chance to just make a card for the heck of it–something that doesn’t need to be filmed. So fun! Don’t get me wrong, I enjoy filming cards, but there’s something freeing about just going for it, music blaring in the background, and just playing with paper. Since I usually narrate my videos, I don’t get to just have music playing in the background, so it was fun to do that again.

Anyway, for the card, I used a ton of new product on it. TwoPeas started getting their new shipments about two weeks ago of product that came out a CHA at the end of January. I’ve had a steady stream of goodie boxes arriving at my door since. A little bit here, a little bit there. I’m always afraid all the other shoppers will snatch up the stuff I want so I tend to order things pretty quickly after they’re available. :)

So, I used a bunch of new Cosmo Cricket! Their new Material Girl line is so cute! Especially if you or someone you love likes to sew or quilt. Too adorable! I used the paper from the 6×6 pad, the buttons, and also some of the new chipboard letters. Seriously, these letters are awesome! I think I bought all of the styles! And the adhesive on them is super strong. No need to add more glue or anything. But be forewarned–once you place them on your project, they’re not moving.

I did a video for this week’s Finally Friday that will go up tomorrow. I was going to attempt to film a MACM for last Monday but I’ve been playing catch up every since I got back from Texas. That, combined with the fact that the next MACM video be the 100th (WAHOO!), I didn’t want to rush it. So if you were waiting for this week’s MACM, you’ll have to wait a bit longer. So sorry!

In the meantime, here’s a little card. :)
