Coral Mail Art Envelope – Lettering in Real Time

Hello, all! I have a mail art video for you today. I created this envelope a couple of days ago for my #mailartrainbow at Instagram. See all of my Mail Art Rainbow posts HERE.

(Wondering what I used in this video? Everything is linked to multiple sources in the thumbnails at the end of this post, or in the text below. Compensated affiliate links used when possible).

This envelope is rather simple and straight forward. I used an A7 Coral envelope from Paper Source, and painted on the address and design using Tangelo pearlescent watercolor from FineTec (available in this palette).

NOTE: Address used with permission. Thanks, Fiona! To submit your address for use on future mail art envelopes, please fill out this form. There is a new form each month to keep addresses current.

To seal the design and prevent smudging, I applied Distress Micro Glaze to the entire envelope with a mini round foam tool. However, I did avoid applying the glaze over the postage stamps.

Thanks for stopping by! I’ll see you soon with a regular card video. :)
