This sounds amazing!!!! I would love to see your Alaska video from a few years ago but I can’t find it.

I indicated interest in going! Sent in the form. My husband would go. It is also possible that our adult son might want to go on the cruise. I figure we can work that out.

WOW ! You all looked like you had a fantastic time together, the scenery looked so beautiful. Hope the sunburn sorted itself out, I’m dark haired but extremely pale so I only do white or uber red but no tan too. Thank you for sharing your footage x
Question- I’m in an electric wheelchair, would I have any problems moving around to access places would you know ?

    • Reply Kristina Werner March 12, 2019 at 9:14 pm

Not sure. I’ve seem people on scooters and such, but I’m not sure about an electric wheelchair. The cruise lines are very helpful, though. I think I read on a cruise message board that someone called the cruise line and asked for the dimensions of the stateroom doors (to make sure you can get your chair inside). They have accessible staterooms, but you’d just want to be sure.

I just watched both of your Alaska videos and you clearly were having a great time. What a scenic cruise to take…

I followed you all on Instagram and watching this back it looks so great, unfortunately I don’t live in the US and..more important I get so very seasick, it wouldn’t be great for me. I watch how you made fun, that’s enought for me.
When I saw that you where going to announce a new one I guessed immediately that it was Alaska! I know that that is your favorite cruise.
Thanks for the lovely recap and have a great day.

I should come down to port when you get to Victoria BC – I live here.

  • Reply Kris Reeves March 12, 2019 at 9:59 pm

Now you’re coming into my world!! To bad you aren’t coming to Southcentral Alaska! You will be cruising to Southeast Alaska where we lived for 26 years… you will be cruising by Haines, Alaska (in between Juneau and Skagway) and I must say you will be passing by the best port because it isn’t the “touristy” port! Lots of real Alaska character!
Now if you ever cruise to Valdez, Alaska… that’s Southcentral and where I am now!
As a dear friend once said, “People spend thousands of dollars to come see where I live!”
Enjoy Alaska… it’s why I live here and have for over 32 years!

Bummer, I so wanted to go but it is at the same time as another trip my husband and I have planned. We cruised Alaska in 2008 and have said we would love to go back. Timing just isn’t right.

I can’t believe you were here and I didn’t know! Well…I am so happy you had a great time and thank you for sharing it with us. I’m going on Royal in May and am super excited. Feeling fortunate to have the cruise ships in my backyard. :)

I can’t believe I only just saw your video about your cruise. It’s been a busy week, so I’ve not been on line much. I now am a subscriber to your blog, so I won’t miss future information and I did submit a form to be added to the wait list.
