Distress Oxide Ink Blending Color Combinations 2

Hello again! Today I’m continuing my miniseries on Distress Oxide Inks and blending color combinations! Today’s video uses mostly blues and greens. :)

(Wondering what I used in this video? Everything is linked to multiple sources in the thumbnails at the end of this post, or in the text below. Compensated affiliate links used when possible).

Some things to note before I get into the combos… I used a Tonic Easy Clean Mat to protect my work surface while blending. The slick surface of this mat also allows for easy blending from the edge of the cardstock. I used Mini Round Blending Tools from Ranger (with a blending foam for each color). The cardstock I’m using for all these blending videos is Neenah Classic Crest Solar White.

Now the combos!

I’ll be back with even more Distress Oxide Ink color combos next Friday! Thanks for stopping by!

These are such beautiful combos Kristina. I am very excited about this series as it will help me to decide what colours I will want to purchase next. Antique Linen is definitely on that list. TFS!

These are so inspirational! thanks for giving us some great ideas on colour combos that I wouldn’t normally think of!
Just wondered if the regular distress ink would work the same as the distress oxide ink? I’m not sure if they would blend as nicely?

I love this color combo series – lots of inspiration! I’d like to see some combos with Iced Spruce. It’s such an odd shade – is it blue? green? gray? Would be interesting to see what you blend of with.

Thank you for creating and sharing all your videos. So much talent!

These combos are great, just like the previous ones. My favorites are the one with the Bundled Sage ( one of my favorite colours) and the one with the Ground Espresso. I can hardly to see what you are going to make with those gorgeous colour combinations.
Thank you for showing Kristina and have a great weekend.
