Lettering, Mail Art

EASY Holiday Mail Art Design!

NOTE: This post is sponsored by Simon Says Stamp.

I’m back with another installment of Monthly Mail Art! For this month’s envelope, I used an itty bitty stamp set from Lawn Fawn, Oh What Fun!

(Wondering what I used in this video? Everything is linked to multiple sources in the thumbnails at the end of this post, or in the text below. Compensated affiliate links used when possible).

First, I stamped the sledding bear from the Oh What Fun stamp set in black ink on an Audrey Blue envelope. I drew a slope for him to be sledding on in black ink as well. I then colored the bear and the snowy ground using Faber-Castell Polychromos colored pencils.

To create a more dramatic sky, I blended Chipped Sapphire Distress Ink from the top of the envelope (and a bit from the bottom as well).

I wrote the recipient’s address in white gel pen, and added falling snow (or stars!).

NOTE: Address using with permission. Thanks, Kelly!

I finished off the envelope by adding postage stamps and my return address on the flap of the envelope.

Thanks for stopping by today! :)
