2 WAYS to do Emboss Resist

Happy Monday! When I had the idea for this video, I wanted to try out a couple different ways to do heat emboss resist. I ended up doing some ink blending and watercoloring! And with the same Distress Ink colors for both!
(Wondering what I used in this video? Everything is linked to multiple sources in the thumbnails at the end of this post, or in the text below. Compensated affiliate links used when possible).

For the ink blended card, I used the Tumbling Shells background stamp from Simon Says Stamp, and four colors of Distress Ink: Shaded Lilac, Scattered Straw, Stormy Sky, and Cracked Pistachio.

For the watercoloring, I stamped the So Beautiful cling stamp on watercolor paper and then painted with the same colors of Distress Ink, but I used the reinker bottles instead (Reinkers – Shaded Lilac, Scattered Straw, Stormy Sky, and Cracked Pistachio)! The ink in the bottles is so concentrated that I only needed the tiniest bit of each color for my painting.
I finished off the cards with the Thank You dies from CZ Design and All Things Happy Reverse Sentiment Strips.
Thanks for stopping by! Have a wonderful week!
