Abstract Ink “Painting” on an Envelope – Mail Art with Stamping

Hi all! After receiving the new Painted Shapes stamp set in the mail from Concord & 9th, I’ve been wanting to create an envelope using the abstract ink painting technique I tried on a cards a couple of months ago. It’s so fun!

(Wondering what I used in this video? Everything is linked to multiple sources in the thumbnails at the end of this post, or in the text below. Compensated affiliate links used when possible).

I used the large rectangle stamp in the Painted Shapes stamp set and four colors of Concord & 9th ink to create the large colorful area behind Kay’s name. For her name, I used the All the Letters stamp set.

And for the address, I painted black stripes using black ink. The street address was written with a white gel pen.

Thanks for stopping by! I’ll be back soon with a new Mail Call video!
