Card Greeting Groups (NEW Simon stamps, dies, & stencil)

Hello, all! Today I have three cards for you using new products from the latest release from Simon Says Stamp. You can see the entire release HERE. I’ll be focusing on creating groups of greetings on my cards.
(Wondering what I used in this video? Everything is linked to multiple sources in the thumbnails at the end of this post, or in the text below. Compensated affiliate links used when possible).

For all of the cards, I used the new Thanks & Encouragement Word Mix 1 stamp set, as well as the coordinating Word Mix 1 die (also available as a set). I created both white and black versions so that I had two color versions to choose from when it came to grouping the greetings together.

For the first card, I used the Faceted Stripes stencil to create a background. I used three colors of Distress Oxide Ink (Twisted Citron, Salty Ocean, and Blueprint Sketch) and Blender Brushes for the blending.
I wrapped the blended piece with black baker’s twine, and then created a group of greetings for the card. I also die cut the Thanks Frame die and added that the greetings.

The second card was super simple! I used the same Distress Oxide Ink colors for rainbow stamping the Stripe Jumble Background stamp, and then die cut a heart using the Nested Hearts dies.

The last card was created using the Faceted Stripes stencil again and two colors of Gina K Designs Glitz Glitter Gel (Turquoise Sea and Grass Green) over black cardstock. I adhered five of the die cut greetings, and then adhered the piece to a white card base.
Thanks for stopping by today! Make sure you check out the new release from Simon HERE. I’ll be back tomorrow with a new card video. :)
