Clean & Simple Holiday Cards with Pigment Inks, Repeat Stamping

When I started making cards years ago, I loved to make super clean and simple cards. In general, my cards these days are still fairly simple in design (although techniques can make them look complicated). When I saw Cathy Zielske’s latest stamp release at Simon Says Stamp, I just had to use the new Coolest Yulest stamp set to create a couple super clean and simple cards. The bold typography and graphic elements looked perfect for pigment ink stamping. :)

(Wondering what I used on this card? Everything is linked to multiple sources in the thumbnails at the end of this post, or in the text below. Compensated affiliate links used when possible).

I used two sets of Petal Point Pigment inks from Colorbox, and used the colors in each set as inspiration for repeat stamping. For the green/blue card I used the Envy pigment inks, and for the red card I used the Kiss pigment inks.

The only thing you need to take note of when using these pigment inks is that they take extra time to dry. But once dry, they’re great! I love the very solid, crisp look of pigment inks.

Anyhow, thanks for stopping by today!
