Continuous Pattern Ink Blending

Happy Friday, all! Yesterday, Simon Says Stamp released new stamps, dies, and ink pads. For today’s video, I played with the new Congratulations die (which is based on my card kit stamp set from a couple months ago), and four of the new ink pads.

I created a continuous stenciled background over the bands of color at the bottom of the card. Be sure to watch the video to see how I did that. :)
The Congratulations die was cut three times and then stacked to create a more substantial die cut. And the animals and banner from the Baby Party Animals stamp set were colored with Prismacolor Colored Pencils. And of course I had to color the kitty like my Sophie and Daphne. I always tend to color cats on cards like my cats because it sort of feels like me AND my pets are sending the card. Is that silly? :)
Enjoy!
