Distress Markers & Saturated Canary Nevaeh — Color Wednesday #39

Happy Wednesday, everyone!

Today I wanted to do a bit of Distress Marker watercoloring. So I broke out a Saturdated Canary stamp that I’ve had for a while and never had a chance to color. It’s the Nevaeh stamp and I think she’s so pretty!

Because I planned to watercolor her I used watercolor paper and stamped the image in StazOn Jet Black ink (it’s waterproof once dry). Then I colored her with Distress Markers. Once dry, I added Stardust Stickles glitter to her dress and adhered the watercolor piece to a Neenah Solar White card base. The greeting was stamped using the Handwritten Borders stamp set that I designed for Simon.

And don’t forget that you can still sign up for the class Jennifer McGuire, Jennifer Rzasa, and I are teaching, Watercolor for Card Makers. Class starts on Monday, May 5 and we’ll be covering Distress Markers in the class as well!

Anyhow, enjoy the video!
