Easy Layered Flowers with Copic Markers – Color Wednesday #63

Happy Wednesday, all! :)
Today I have a fun and easy card featuring offset stencil ink blending and Copic coloring with the Paper Smooches Lovely Thoughts stamp set.
I used the Medium Dots stencil to create the background on the card. I did a similar technique on a card from last summer. When I created that card, I had another version with smaller dots. I held onto that piece of cardstock and found it the other day. It made me want to recreate the look again. :)
I used three Distress Ink colors for the ink blending: Squeezed Lemonade, Wild Honey, and Barn Door. Then I used the orange and red color combination as inspiration for coloring the stamped flowers.
To create the layered flowers, I stamped the flowers multiple times and then cut out different areas that I layered on top of each other. Such a simple technique but it adds lots of dimension to the card. :)
