EASY Watercolor Rainbow Backgrounds – Make a Card Monday #279

Happy Monday, all! For today’s Make a Card Monday, I was inspired by a card my friend Jeff Lindberg made on Saturday night during his livestream on Instagram. He created a fun rainbow paint splatter background!
(Wondering what I used in this video? Everything is linked to multiple sources in the thumbnails at the end of this post, or in the text below. Compensated affiliate links used when possible).

I created two rainbow backgrounds with Brea Reese Classic watercolor paints. The first was a diagonal stripe pattern, which I die cut using the Thank You Hearts dies, and then the second was a paint splatter background.
The heart card had a greeting from the Thank You Heart dies, but the second card needed a greeting. I used the One of a Kind stamp set from The Stamp Market to stamp a black greeting over the paint splatters.
And that’s pretty much the cards for today! Hope you all enjoyed! I’ll be back on Wednesday with another video. Thanks for stopping by!
