Foil Cardstock & Glitter Paste with Stencil

I was looking at a pack of foil cardstock the other day and wondered how it would look with stenciled glitter paste on top. And so here we are! I created a ombré glitter paste over gold foiled cardstock. :)
(Wondering what I used in this video? Everything is linked to multiple sources in the thumbnails at the end of this post, or in the text below. Compensated affiliate links used when possible).
The gold foil cardstock I used is from a 6×6 paper pack from DCWV. I didn’t see the exact pack at Simon (I bought it a while ago), but they have the same gold foil cardstock in this pack.
The stencil I used is from Simon Says Stamp, the Abstract Triangle stencil. This design should look familiar! I created this stencil based on the stamp of the same name, which was based on a watercolor card I made. :)
As for the glitter paste, I used two colors: Champagne from Viva Decor, and Rose Gold from BoBunny.
To finish off the card, I stamped and white embossed a greeting from Gina K Design’s Lettered and Lovely stamp set on vellum. To attached the vellum, I stapled it to the glitter paste background using the Tim Holtz Tiny Attacher and covered the staples with a thin strip of white cardstock.
Thanks for stopping by today!
