Holiday Card Series 2013 – Day 12
Hello, all!
I’m back with Day 12 of the Holiday Card Series. We’re almost half-way through–GASP! Can you believe it?
Today’s card might be reminiscent of a card that I made last year. I wanted to try out the bands of cardstock idea again. This time I used lots of adhesive and nothing threatened to peel up with I heated the embossing powder. Much better. :)
As for stamp sets, there are 4 sets on this puppy! Half of the greeting is from Mama Elephant’s Flashy Letters stamp set, the second half is from Avery Elle’s Holiday Fill in the Blank stamp set, the snowflakes are from Simon Says Stamp’s Holiday Envelope Sentiments stamp set, and the nordic sweater pattern boarder is from Simon’s Holiday Borders stamp set.
On another note, I’m still battling this cold/allergy/sore throat thing. It’s brutal. It gets slightly better each day, so maybe I’ll be back to normal by Easter. Ha! ;)
Oh, and if you haven’t checked out this radio station on iTunes, you need to now. I have it on 24/7. Seriously. It’s amazing.
