Holiday Card Series 2015 – Day 3
Hello, all! Today marks Day 3 of the Holiday Card Series. For this card, I wanted to use a non-traditional color palette and do a bunch of stamping. WPlus9’s new Holiday Cheer stamp set was perfect for this! I just love all the winter time images of mittens and hats. :)
I first repeat stamped the mittens and hats in white pigment ink. After letting it dry, I stamped the same images again but in different colors and slightly offset.
To finished off the card, I used the Gift Card Layers dies to die cut an area for a gift card inside. (I didn’t snap a photo of the inside, so please be sure to watch the video to see how the dies were perfect for adding a gift card to the inside of the card).
