Holiday Card Series 2019 – Day 18 – Watercolor Scene with Stamps
Today is Day 18 of the Holiday Card Series, and today’s card all started when I saw the Framescapes Winter Trees stamp set from Gina K. I thought it would be so fun to use it as a guide for watercoloring!

I stamped the large scene onto Arches watercolor paper with Antique Linen Distress Ink. Then I started painting the scene using Mijello Mission Gold watercolors. To add white areas, I used white gouache.
To finish off the card, I stamped and silver heat embossed a “Peace on Earth” greeting from Simon Say Stamp’s Tiny Words Christmas stamp set.
