HOLIDAY MAIL ART – Scene building & calligraphy

Hello all! Today’s video is the third and final mail art video for this week. I have a fun scene building envelope featuring Mama Elephant’s A Cookie Christmas stamp set, some masking, and some pointed pen calligraphy.
(Wondering what I used in this video? Everything is linked to multiple sources in the thumbnails at the end of this post, or in the text below. Compensated affiliate links used when possible).
I started out by stamping the gingerbread house and reindeer from the stamp set on a Night envelope in VersaMark ink. I applied white embossing powder and heat set until melted.
To create a ground line and skyline, I penciled a cloud edge onto masking paper and cut it out. I applied the masking paper to the envelope and ink blended white pigment ink off the edges.
I colored the images using Faber-Castell Polychromos colored pencils and then wrote the address using Bleedproof White ink and a pointed pen.
NOTE: Address used with permission. Thanks, Teresa!
Thanks for stopping by today! Have a wonderful weekend!
