Ideas for Very Small Stamp Sets (Fuse Tool Shaker Cards)

Happy Monday, all! Today I have two cards for you featuring new stamps from Newton’s Nook. These very small stamp sets can pose a challenge, so I thought I’d share two card ideas.
(Wondering what I used in this video? Everything is linked to multiple sources in the thumbnails at the end of this post, or in the text below. Compensated affiliate links used when possible).
The two small stamp sets from Newton’s Nook that I used are Flip-Flop Life and Vitamin Sea. I used the Seashells and Tropical Fish stencils to create background that fill the space of the card designs. This makes the smaller stamp images not seem so small. To go along with the beach and sea theme of the stamps, I used similar colors of Distress Oxide ink for the ink blending (Antique Linen, Tumbled Glass, Peacock Feathers, and Mermaid Lagoon).
To create the shaker elements of each card, I used the We R Memory Keepers Fuse Tool and two packs of sequin mixes (Let’s Be Mermaids and Assorted Moonshine sequins). (I almost used the Iced Sherbet sequins mix on the first card, but changed my mind).
Thanks for stopping by today!
