Morning, all!

Still don’t quite have my “mojo” back. LOL! Today’s card took a LONG time to make. Or at least to be happy with it. Sometimes you just have to power through, ya know? Overall, I’m happy with how it turned out, though. I’m loving these colors recently. :)

I was skeptical about the Cosmo Cricket DeLovely paper just because it’s so bright, but used this way with only a few of the colors, I totally dig it. :) Very citrus-y. Makes me want an ice cold lemonade.

Anyhow, I group the paper with the Just a Note stamp set from Hero Arts, some embossed paper from Jenni Bowlin, and a little hand stitching. The kraft piece with dots on it was leftover from the failed attempt of a card last week. You might remember that I mentioned doing a card before the one I eventually edited for last week’s MACM video. Well, the circle is part of the card that I cut out. So happy I held on to it and didn’t throw it away.

I’m also trying out a new intro for the MACM videos today. I’ve had this intro cooking since January and finally got the motivation to finish it yesterday. Want do ya’ll think? Sometimes I think the music is a bit much, but it seemed like the graphics needed something with a little… oomph? Ya know?

So, enjoy! Oh, and be sure to watch until end. Mannie makes an appearance. :)

P.S. My back is doing a lot better. I’m up and moving around, but it’s still a bit sore. As with most back things, it will just take a while to be back at 100%. :)
