Morning all! Obviously, I didn’t get this month’s VCC posted yesterday like I hoped. Watch for it later tonight, though. I’m in the middle of editing the PDF, but have to go into work today so I’ll pick it back up when I get home. :)

Anyhow, back to Make a Card Monday. So, every time I see a YouTube with the person saying, “Oh, sorry, my camcorder wasn’t recording!” I thinking to myself, “Duh! How easy is it to check to make sure you’re recording?” and kind of chuckle. Well, karma came back to bite me. After I finished recording the video last night, I stopped my camcorder and looked at the screen. It said there were zero minutes left of recording. I thought, “Whew! Good thing I finished! Or the camcorder would have turned off.”

Grr. I think you know what happened next.

I sat down at my computer to start editing and half-way through realized that the video abruptly stopped with about 4 minutes left to go. Stupid camcorder. You’d think it would have beeped or something to tell me the memory was full, right? Not so. Thankfully (or not-so-thankfully?), I forgot to do one final step on the card, so I had erased an older video file on the camcorder and recorded the final step. So at least I had that clip to work with and got the final card on camera. :)

Anyway, enjoy!
