Make a Card Monday #239 – Vellum Birthday Tags

Happy Monday, all!

I’m still obsessed with the color palette that I used on Friday’s card, so here I am with another card using those colors. Plus, I broke out the vellum again! :)

I used the Tim Holtz Dot Fade stencil on the background and pressed a VersaMark pad into it. Then I applied Ranger Super Fine Gold Detail embossing powder to it. I did have to repeat the stencil pattern, though, since the stencil wasn’t as wide as the card. Then I colored on the back of vellum to create the banners.
