One Layer Card with Faux Shadow Greeting (Retro Flowers Week Card 2)

Happy Thursday! Today I have a second card using the Retro Flowers Bundle! This time I did some layered stenciling with dramatic blending of colors, plus a faux shadowed greeting using diecut masking paper and colored pencils. The result is a one-layer card!
