Hi all! A long while ago, I shared some shadow studies on Instagram. I thought it would be great to return to shadow studies before creating a card today. For me, a shadow study is a way to map out where I want shadows to be on a particular image before I actually start to color the image for a final project. Then I can refer to it as I color to make sure I’m getting the shadows where I want them.
