Shaker Card with Circle Dies and Copic Coloring

I don’t know about you, but I’m always looking for fun ways to use circle dies. I loved this card I made a few months back and thought it would be fun to create a similar card but with different sizes of circle dies. Plus, who can resist the cute Some Bunny stamp set from Lawn Fawn, right? The little carrot cake is adorable!

For my card, I used the new Nestabilities Scored and Pierced Circles dies from Spellbinders. I planned out the design of my card and then cut three circle pieces using the dies. Then I stamped images from the Lawn Fawn stamp set and colored them with Copic Markers.
For the shaker areas, I first cut the circles into some white cardstock. Then I traced the circle window areas onto a second piece of cardstock. I colored the traced circle areas with purple and orange Copics so the sequins would have color behind them. On the diecut piece, I adhered clear acetate and wrapped foam tape around the circles to create the barriers for the shaker areas. I then added Pansy Purple, Tangerine, and Sparkling Clear sequins, and pressed the traced and colored piece on top. This sandwiched the sequins inside and created the shaker areas.
I then adhered the stamped and colored pieces to the card. I also added a greeting to the card, and a few details with a white Gelly Roll pen.
