Simon October 2014 Card Kit – Make a Card Monday #263
Hi all! Today I am taking part in the Simon Says Stamp October 2014 Card Kit Blog Hop. :)

I made two cards using the kit. Both are in the video below!

For the first one, I used a stamp from The Greeting Farm that I colored back in April. It’s been waiting for just the perfect card since then. You can see the entire coloring of the original image in the Color Wednesday video from last spring.

For the second card, I stamped a bunch of mugs from the stamp set and colored them with Copics. Because I would be coloring with Copics over the top of the colorful stamping, I used Memento inks. I used a set of dew drop ink pads.
Sadly, I didn’t get the first half of the card on video, but hopefully I explained it enough in the video for you to get an idea of how I created the beginning stages of the card. :)
