Simple Get Well Cards
I’m sure no one wishes they needed to send Get Well cards, but it’s just one of those things. I have a friend recovering from surgery and needed a Get Well card for her, but didn’t find any in my card stash. So here I am making a couple Get Well cards–one for my friend, and one to keep on hand.
These two cards are essentially the same design using the Healthy Vibes stamp set from Paper Smooches. In fact, I kept the stamps on my Compact Stamp Press for stamping both cards.
One card has lots of watercoloring with Distress Inks on it…
While the other is very simple with just gold embossing and some glossy detail on the heart.
I love both cards, but I think I’ll be making a bunch of the simple version to keep on hand. It was very simple to stamp and emboss.
