Hi all! This month’s Virtual Card Club is going up a bit early because I’ll be out of town during the last week of the month (Disneyland, baby!). Anyway, for my in-real-life card club, we’re making a standard-sized card with coordinating envelope, and a 3×3 card. So, those are the projects in February’s Virtual Card Club PDF.
I sort of explain this in the PDF, but I used all Stampin’ Up! product for this month’s projects. This came about for two reasons. First, SU! has a promo going on right now involving some yummy-Valentines-licious paper that my good friend and co-worker Lauren designed. It’s so cute that I had to use it!
(The SU! promo consists of Candy Lane patterned paper, Love You Much stamp set, and a three heart punch. But I didn’t use the punch on these projects. I think the promo is that you get 20% off the bundle until the end of January. Check it out at stampinup.com)
And the second reason is because my favorite envelopes are from SU! and I wanted to show how to make a coordinating envelope with patterned paper lining.
The 8 page PDF includes:
- Large photos of completed projects
- Step-by-step instructions
- For tricky steps, there are photos and tips
- Measurements for all card stocks
- Template for envelope lining
To my readers outside the US and Canada: I’m so sorry to all of you who use A4 paper. I do not have any C6 medium envelopes, so I couldn’t make an envelope liner template. Please forgive me for not having that ready for you guys. :)
