Today I have a fun card for you made using supplies from Simon Says Stamp&#8217;s latest release, Fluttering By (see the entire release <a href=\"http:\/\/shrsl.com\/vww9\">HERE<\/a>). In fact, today&#8217;s post is part of the blog hop for the release! So be sure to check out the giveaway and blog hop info at the bottom of this post.<\/p>\n<p>To create a background area, I <a href=\"https:\/\/ldli.co\/e\/33l5oe\">stamped<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/ldli.co\/e\/m3k75p\">embossed<\/a> the center area from the <a href=\"https:\/\/ldli.co\/e\/n37nqz\">Center Cut Flowers stamp<\/a> multiple time to fill the bottom area of the card. Then I colored it using <a href=\"https:\/\/ldli.co\/e\/q4g5ye\">Polychromos colored pencils<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Mother&#039;s Day Card with Polychromos Colored Pencils\" width=\"845\" height=\"475\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/ELgKYjUZXKU?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><em>(Wondering what I used in this video? I used white cardstock for the shadow area, and gold foil cardstock for the thin &#8220;Mom&#8221; (I&#8217;ve linked to <a href=\"https:\/\/ldli.co\/e\/pg6y3z\">a similar foil cardstock<\/a>). The greeting was finished by stamping and embossing one of the small greetings from the <a href=\"https:\/\/ldli.co\/e\/6yd1lx\">Mom Flowers stamp set<\/a> on vellum.<\/p>\n<p>I hope you enjoyed the video!
